Want to see Malta Festival from the inside? Malta Festival returns on June 21–28, and the volunteer call is now open.

These are a few intense days when the city turns into one big stage, and you can be part of the process. Volunteering is not just about supporting events, but also a chance to see how the festival works behind the scenes, from preparations, through production, to the final moments of the programme.

You will work across different areas, at events, information points, audience services, or alongside the production team. It’s an experience that combines hands-on work with being close to artists, performances, and concerts, while also being part of a team of people who share their energy and passion. Depending on availability, you will also be able to attend selected festival events.

No prior experience is required. What matters is your commitment, openness, and readiness to get involved. The programme is open to anyone aged 16 and above, and it can also be recognised as a student internship. It’s a space to learn, grow, and gain new skills, but also simply to spend good time together and co-create one of the most important festivals in Poland with people you won’t want to say goodbye to after a week of working together.

Malta Festival will take place from June 21–28, 2026. Preparations begin well before the official start — several days earlier we launch intensive organizational activities you can be part of.

Anyone aged 16 and over can become a volunteer. Applications are open until May 16.
