How to get there?

Poznań is well connected in terms of public transport and micromobility. Events taking place here are accessible by various means of transport.

By public transport

• Bus – the “Poznań Główny” bus stop is located 750 meters from the park, on Towarowa Street.
• Tram – the “Wierzbięcice” tram stop is located 550 meters from the park, on Matyi Street; alternatively, the “Ratajczaka” tram stop is located 550 meters from the park, on Święty Marcin Street.

The event is located in fare zone A. Public transport tickets can be purchased in the following forms:

• paper tickets, available from ticket machines located at selected stops, at ZTM Customer Service Points, and at Ticket Sales Points. More information about tickets, discounts, and sales point locations can be found on the website of the Poznań Public Transport Authority: All about tickets
• electronic tickets, available via ticket terminals installed in trams and buses using contactless payment cards, or through mobile apps such as: moBILET, SkyCash, GoPay, jakdojade.pl, zBiletem

Suburban and international transport:

• Train – the auditorium is located 1,1 kilometres from the exit of Poznań Główny Main Station
• Bus – the auditorium is located 1,1 kilometers from the main bus station, Poznań Główny

Car

It is possible to drive up to the park entrance from the Ogrodowa Street side, near building number 14.

Parking:

The park is located within the City Center Paid Parking Zone, which operates from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., and on Saturdays between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Parking fees can be paid at parking meters located along the street (some parking meters accept coins only) or via a mobile app. The nearest parking spaces are located along Ratajczaka Street and Ogrodowa Street.

Parking spaces for people with disabilities:

Designated accessible parking spaces are located 50 meters from the park entrance on the Ratajczaka Street side. 

Authorized vehicles may park free of charge in designated accessible spaces within paid parking zones. If the designated accessible space is occupied, it is permitted to park the vehicle in a parking space directly adjacent to the occupied space.

Scooter

In Poznań there are electric scooter rentals operated by operators such as Uber/Lime, Bolt or Dott. However, there is an obligation to leave the scooter at Hop&go mobility points, marked with information plates with a blue bubble and the white inscription “Hop&go”. The obligation to leave rented scooters at the points presented above applies to areas covered by the Śródmieście Paid Parking Zone and the Paid Parking Zone, i.e. the Old Town, Jeżyce, Wilda, Łazarz, Ostrów Tumski, Śródka and Piotrów. Failure to leave the scooter at the designated Hop&go point will result in the inability to terminate the rental and the fee will continue to be charged. In locations outside paid parking zones, it is recommended to leave shared equipment at Hop&go points, but this is no longer obligatory.

By bike

Poznań is well connected with bicycle paths. There are over 138 kilometers of bicycle paths and over 97 kilometers of pedestrian and bicycle paths in Poznań. However, the Poznań City Bike rental system no longer operates. Bicycle racks are located right next to or in close proximity to the Hop&go points described above in the Scooters section.

By taxi

There are several taxi companies operating in Poznań. Information about them and their telephone numbers can be found on the official website of the city of Poznań: TAXI corporation in Poznan.

Taxis for people with disabilities are provided by Hanna Florczak “EURO-TAXI”. Transport is available 24/7. A taxi should be ordered at least 12 hours in advance by calling + 48 61 811 11 11 or sending an e-mail to centrala@euro-taxi.com.pl. Event location

Stary Browar Park is the common name for Jan Henryk Dąbrowski Park, named after the nearby shopping and arts centre located alongside it.

Entrance to the park

• Entry to the park is possible from four sides — via Ogrodowa Street, Ratajczaka Street, Półwiejska Street, and directly from Stary Browar shopping center.
• Park Starego Browaru is an open-air outdoor space. Some pedestrian paths are made of concrete, while others are surfaced with compacted sand.

Where is the space where the event takes place?

• The Festival Cinema is located in the park on a grassy area, near the clock tower that is part of the Stary Browar shopping center.

The space where the event takes place

• The Festival Cinema audience area is located on a grassy surface.
• The audience area is equipped with deckchairs. Seats are not numbered. To ensure a seated place, visitors are also welcome to bring their own blankets, camping chairs, etc.
• The audience area is not covered.
• Spaces for wheelchair users are available within the audience area.
• The space is open-air, and natural city sounds may be heard during the event.

Toilets

• Toilets are located in the Stary Browar shopping center.
• They can be found on level 0 in the Passage or on level 2 in the Atrium (effectively the same level as the ground level of the courtyard from which access to the Atrium toilets is provided).
• To use the Atrium toilets, enter via the courtyard and, next to the Weranda Restaurant, turn left. The toilets are located on the right-hand side of the Atrium building, right by the exit leading outside toward Tadeusz Kościuszki Street. Entry is through glass doors marked “Atrium,” with clear signage guiding the way.
• To use the Passage toilets near the Weranda Restaurant, turn right and go through the glass automatic sliding doors. Continue straight along the left side; the toilets are located on the left, near the escalators.
• The toilets are accessible for people with disabilities. To use them, press the intercom button located by the door.
• Main toilet facilities include amenities for small children.
• Family rooms for caregivers with young children are available at the Atrium toilets (levels 0 and 2) and at the Passage toilets (level 2). Access is granted by pressing the intercom button at the door.

Accessibility tools

Park Dąbrowskiego is an area where dogs are allowed, provided they are kept on a short leash. Due to various situations, visitors are asked to carry a valid certificate of the dog’s vaccination.

Return / after the event

If an event in the park ends late, it is possible to return by public transport by bus. The “Półwiejska” bus stop is located 500 meters from the park, on Półwiejska Street, and the “Poznań Główny” bus stop is located 950 meters from the auditorium, on Królowej Jadwigi Street.
