
How to get there?
Poznań is well connected in terms of public transport and micromobility. Events taking place here are accessible by various means of transport.
By public transport:
- by bus – the bus stop “Wielka” or “Grobla” is located 350-400 meters from the Old Market Square; on Garbary Street
- by tram – there are tram stops 300-500 meters from the Old Market Square: “Wrocławska” on Wrocławska Street, “Plac Wiosny Ludów” on Strzelecka Street; “Małe Garbary” on Małe Garbary Street; “Plac Wielkopolski” at Plac Wielkopolski; “Marcinkowskiego” on Aleje Karola Marcinkowskiego
This event is located in ticket zone A. Tickets for public transport can be purchased in the following forms:

– electronic, using terminals located in trams and buses for selling tickets using contactless payment cards or through applications: moBILET, SkyCash, GoPay, jakdojade.pl, zBiletem
- Shuttle service:
- By train – Stary Rynek is located 2 kilometres from the Main Railway Station – Poznań Główny
- By car – it is not possible to drive onto Stary Rynek
Parking: Stary Rynek is located in the Paid Parking Zone, which is valid from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Parking fees are paid in parking meters located on the street (some parking meters only accept coins) or via an application. The nearest parking spaces are located 150-300 metres from Stary Rynek, along the streets of Wielka, Szewska, Masztalarska, Dominikańska, Garbary, Podgórna, among others. 450 metres from the hall, on Za Bramką Street, there is a paid parking lot Poznań Park&Go Za Bramką-Stare Miasto. After downloading the Apcoa Flow application from Google Play or the App Store, you can check if there is a free space in the car park; , reserve a space and pay for parking. Mobile payment by phone is done by reading license plates or QR codes. Parking spaces for people with disabilities: the nearest envelope is located 100 meters from the Old Market Square, on Wielka or Paderewskiego Street. Parking for authorized cars in the paid parking zones designated for people with disabilities is free of charge. In the case of an occupied envelope, it is allowed to park the vehicle in a parking space directly adjacent to the occupied space.
Scooter
In Poznań there are electric scooter rentals operated by operators such as Uber/Lime, Bolt or Dott. However, there is an obligation to leave the scooter at Hop&go mobility points, marked with information plates with a blue bubble and the white inscription “Hop&go”. The obligation to leave rented scooters at the points presented above applies to areas covered by the Śródmieście Paid Parking Zone and the Paid Parking Zone, i.e. the Old Town, Jeżyce, Wilda, Łazarz, Ostrów Tumski, Śródka and Piotrów. Failure to leave the scooter at the designated Hop&go point will result in the inability to terminate the rental and the fee will continue to be charged. In locations outside paid parking zones, it is recommended to leave shared equipment at Hop&go points, but this is no longer obligatory.

By bike
Poznań is well connected with bicycle paths. There are over 138 kilometers of bicycle paths and over 97 kilometers of pedestrian and bicycle paths in Poznań. However, the Poznań City Bike rental system no longer operates. Bicycle racks are located right next to or in close proximity to the Hop&go points described above in the Scooters section.
By taxi
There are several taxi companies operating in Poznań. Information about them and their telephone numbers can be found on the official website of the city of Poznań: TAXI corporation in Poznan.
Taxis for people with disabilities are provided by Hanna Florczak “EURO-TAXI”. Transport is available 24/7. A taxi should be ordered at least 12 hours in advance by calling + 48 61 811 11 11 or sending an e-mail to centrala@euro-taxi.com.pl. Event location
The Old Market Square is the most famous and central part of the city. It is here, on the town hall tower, that the famous Poznań Goats butt each other at high noon.
Entrance to the space:
- The performance area is not fenced; you can enter the Old Market Square from all sides

The space where the event takes place
- The Old Market Square is an open, public space, mostly with high pedestrian traffic.
- The space is not roofed.
- There are standing seats
- A zone in the audience for people with special needs is available, equipped with chairs or a free space for people using a wheelchair
Toilets
- Public toilets are located at the intersection of ul. Różany Targ and ul. Quadro, open on Saturday and Sunday, from 10:00 to 22:00
- A toilet for disabled people and a comfort toilet are located in the Municipal Gallery Arsenał, ul. Stary Rynek 6, open on Saturday, from 12:00 to 19:00 and on Sunday, from 12:00 to 16:00
Accessibility tools
- During performances, there will be a designated area in the audience that will provide visibility and safe reception for people with special needs, equipped with chairs or a free space for people in wheelchairs. The Old Market Square is a public area, so you can come with your dog. Due to various situations, please bring a current certificate of vaccination for your dog.
