A conversation about health, longevity and conscious self-care in a rapidly changing world. The participants will explore how modern medicine, physical activity, preventive care and emerging technologies can help us build longer, healthier lives.
Is the secret to a long and healthy life hidden in our genes, or does it lie in the everyday habits and choices we make? During this panel, experts will explore the latest trends in longevity research and the factors that genuinely influence the ageing process. Join us for a conversation about how to consciously shape your future to live longer, stay healthier, and enjoy a better quality of life for years to come.

- Robert Korzeniowski – four-time Olympic champion and advisor to the Minister of Sport and Tourism on the Sports Development Strategy – Warsaw 2040 Olympic Games.
He is a renowned expert in healthy living and physical activity. Through his foundation, he runs athletics training programs for young talents and develops RK Athletics, a sports club dedicated to training athletes and promoting race walking and running. Korzeniowski is one of the most decorated Polish track and field athletes in history. Specialising in race walking, he won four Olympic gold medals: in Atlanta (1996, 50 km), Sydney (2000, 20 km and 50 km), and Athens (2004, 50 km). He also claimed three World Championship titles and became a two-time European champion, earning recognition for his exceptional strategic approach and innovative training methods. Following his athletic career, he expanded into management, media, and social initiatives. As a coach and mentor, he supports the next generation of athletes, combining the experience of a champion with a passion for business, communication, and personal development. - Grzegorz Juszczyk, PhD, DSc in Health Sciences – Advisor to the Management Board of the LUX MED Group; lecturer at the University of Medical Sciences.
A public health specialist. Since 2003, he has been a researcher at the Department of Public Health of the Medical University of Warsaw. Since 2004, he has actively collaborated with employers on planning and implementing workplace health promotion programmes. He represented Polish employers on the Advisory Committee on Safety and Health at Work of the European Commission. Between 2017 and 2022, he served as Director of the National Institute of Public Health – National Research Institute (PZH), whose mission is to shape and support Poland’s public health system. During his tenure, the Institute played an active role in epidemic response efforts as part of crisis-management teams established during the COVID-19 pandemic, and later coordinated healthcare support for refugees fleeing the war in Ukraine in 2022. He is the author and co-author of 77 scientific publications. Since 2020, he has been a member of the Public Health Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences. His research has focused on health assessment and preventive measures for working-age populations, as well as effective strategies for mitigating the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic - Magdalena Kaliszewska, PhD in Biological Sciences – Coordinator for the Development of Genetic Testing at LUX MED; molecular biologist and specialist in human genetics and the diagnosis of genetic disorders.
A molecular biologist with a PhD in Biological Sciences and a specialist in human genetics and genetic diagnostics. She is a licensed laboratory diagnostician with extensive experience in analysing next-generation sequencing (NGS) data. For more than 15 years, she was affiliated with the Institute of Genetics and Biotechnology at the University of Warsaw, where she conducted research and taught academic courses. She also collaborated with the Mother and Child Institute in Warsaw, focusing on the diagnosis of genetically determined diseases. She expanded her professional expertise through international fellowships, including at Loyola University Chicago. She is the author and co-author of numerous scientific publications and conference presentations in the fields of genetics and molecular diagnostics. Currently, she serves as Coordinator for the Development of Genetic Testing at LUX MED, where she is responsible for advancing and implementing modern molecular diagnostic methods. Her work combines scientific expertise with clinical practice, with a particular focus on the application of genetic testing in personalised medicine. - Moderator: Ewa Niewola – Psychologist, psycho-oncologist, ICF-certified coach, academic coordinator and lecturer of the postgraduate programme Lifestyle and Longevity in Practice (Styl życia i długowieczność w praktyce) at the University of Medical Sciences.
A psychologist, psycho-oncologist and ICF-certified coach. She is a graduate of the international Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching programme delivered by Harvard Medical School, which develops practical skills based on evidence-based lifestyle medicine.
For years, she has combined scientific knowledge with practical experience in supporting people through lasting change, motivation-building and the development of healthy habits. She is passionate about sailing and CrossFit, which she considers her personal sources of balance and strength. She hosts the psychology podcast Harmony – Your Safe Harbour (Harmonia – Twoja bezpieczna przystań) and co-creates the podcast The Road to Longevity (Droga do długowieczności). She also serves as academic coordinator and lecturer of the postgraduate programme Lifestyle and Longevity in Practice (Styl życia i długowieczność w praktyce).
