The session will be led by Izabela Sakutova, President of the Wsparcie na Starcie Foundation, an international bra-fitting expert with more than 20 years of experience, and a certified mentor accredited by the Polish Ministry of Education.

Together, we will talk about healthy habits, breast positivity, and developing a healthy relationship with one’s body. We will encourage regular breast self-examinations as an effective method of early cancer detection, recommended by the National Cancer Institute. We will also discuss the symptoms that should prompt a visit to a doctor.
