The wreath – a symbol of feminine energy, cyclicality and connection with nature – can become a personal talisman to be worn during the Midsummer Night celebrations.
Workshop leader: Rita Małgorzata Daniło-Gorlewicz – an experienced instructor of Slavic gymnastics and tantra. She is the founder of the Metamorphosis space, where she works with the body, sexual energy, breath and awareness. For years, she has supported women in deepening their relationship with themselves, combining knowledge of movement with a profound understanding of emotional processes, while creating a safe and attentive environment.
