- Participation in the workshop does not require registration.
- However, the number of places is limited, so we encourage early arrival to secure participation.
- Please bring your own mats and blankets. We also recommend comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement.
The workshop is devoted to working with sexual energy as a source of awakening, creativity and inner power. Drawing from the traditions of right-hand tantra and Taoist practices of love, participants will explore what sexual energy is and how it can become a source of support rather than depletion or overload.
The meeting explores questions of awareness, boundaries and responsibility within the realm of sexual energy. It offers space for reflection on how to work with one’s own energy in ways that strengthen, nourish and deepen the relationship with oneself.
The workshop follows a gentle and attentive approach, rooted in work with the body, breath and awareness.
It will be led by Rita Małgorzata Daniło-Gorlewicz – an experienced instructor of Slavic gymnastics and tantra. She is the founder of the Metamorphosis space, where she works with the body, sexual energy, breath and awareness. For years, she has supported women in deepening their relationship with themselves, combining knowledge of movement with a profound understanding of emotional processes while creating a safe and attentive environment.
