A conversation dedicated to menopause and women’s health, exploring the changes that accompany the menopausal transition, the importance of breaking taboos, and the need to build greater social awareness. The discussion will feature Monika Tomaszewska, PhD in Health Sciences, and Anna Samsel, and will be moderated by Anna Augustyn-Protas.

Menopause is a natural stage of life, yet it is still often surrounded by stereotypes and misconceptions. During this panel, experts will discuss the impact of menopause on women’s health, everyday life, and overall well-being, combining medical perspectives with real-life experiences and challenges faced at different stages of this process. Join us for a conversation about a transition that affects millions of women, yet too rarely becomes part of public debate.
