On 22 June, we invite mothers and daughters to a special breakfast with gynaecologist Dr Agnieszka Nalewczyńska, known on Instagram for speaking openly about the things many of us are too embarrassed to ask about – even, or perhaps especially, in the doctor’s office. Together, we will explore topics every teenage girl should have the chance to hear about. We will talk about the body, puberty, and the changes and emotions that come with growing up.

This will be an intimate gathering, free from judgement and without rushing. A space where you can ask questions, listen to one another, and build relationships based on understanding. Because the most important conversations often begin when we finally make time for them.
