During the workshop, we will work with the body, presence, and expression. Through improvisational exercises, participants will gradually learn to release tension and discover their natural way of moving.

In the first part, we will focus on generating organic movement unique to each individual, observing how the body responds to emotions, space, and relationships with others. Then, through techniques rooted in ballroom culture and voguing, we will begin to consciously direct movement, working with body lines, gaze, confidence, and stage presence.

The workshop will create a space for exploring identity, expression, and agency through the body. The starting point will be a search for fluidity between strength and vulnerability, control and freedom, while building a personal language of movement and presence.

The workshop is open to everyone, regardless of movement or performance experience.
