Slavic gymnastics is a body-based practice combining movement, breath and mindfulness. It is rooted in gentle, flowing exercises that help release tension, strengthen the body and deepen one’s connection with oneself.
Through work with the pelvis, spine and deep muscles, participants can regain a sense of stability and inner strength, while also learning attentiveness and tenderness towards their own bodies. The workshop is intended for girls and women after their first menstruation.
Workshop leader: Rita Małgorzata Daniło-Gorlewicz – an experienced instructor of Slavic gymnastics and tantra. She is the founder of the Metamorphosis space, where she works with the body, sexual energy, breath and awareness. For years, she has supported women in deepening their relationship with themselves, combining knowledge of movement with a profound understanding of emotional processes, while creating a safe and attentive environment.
