How can we seek spirituality without losing touch with ourselves? Where is the line between growth and the pressure of constantly “fixing” ourselves? How can we distinguish intuition from manipulation, and supportive practices from those that take away our sense of agency?

“Spiritual Health & Safety” is a conversation between Natalia de Barbaro and Agnieszka Szydłowska devoted to a conscious, mindful, and safe approach to spirituality and self development. The starting point will be the need to reclaim inner balance in a world overwhelmed by stimuli, expectations, and the constant imperative of self improvement.

The speakers will discuss the importance of boundaries, the ability to say “no”, recognise personal discomfort, and trust the signals coming from the body and emotions. They will also reflect on how not to lose oneself in the dense landscape of contemporary spirituality, therapy, coaching, and personal development.

This will be a conversation about self compassion, but also about critical thinking. About the need for meaning, community, and spiritual experience that does not require submission or giving up one’s autonomy.

The meeting will have an interactive format, with the audience invited to co create the conversation through questions, reflections, and shared consideration of what responsible and supportive spirituality might mean today.
