A conversation about leadership, responsibility and building organisations in a world of constant change. Dr Anna Rulkiewicz will share her experience of leading one of Poland’s largest healthcare companies and reflect on the challenges facing healthcare systems today.

In a world of constant change and relentless pressure to deliver results, is there still room for empathy? During this conversation with Anna Rulkiewicz, leader and President of the Management Board of the LUX MED Group, we will explore how values shape modern leadership and influence the decisions leaders make. The discussion will focus on building organisations grounded in trust, responsibility, and respect, and on the idea that empathy is not the cost of success, but its foundation. The starting point for the conversation will be the book “The Power of Values: Leadership in a Changing World”.
