A staging of a Marguerite Duras’s play. A young woman visits Madeleine, an aging actress. She might be her caregiver, her granddaughter, or maybe an actress who wants to take her place… They talk about what happened one summer in Savannah Bay. The older woman doesn’t remember much or maybe she’s just acting another role. The younger one remembers nothing. The past returns, made up of pieces of events from the boundary between memory and oblivion; the junction of truth and creation; the sound of words and the silence between them.
