The performance was born out of the need to oppose violence, stress and fear, to overcome the sense of guilt currently experienced (consciously or not) by Belarussians. An anonymous victim has been nothing but a news item, but the performer’s physicality turns the piece of information into a living person. The title conceals Belarus’s telephone code, the date of the rigged presidential elections and the Administrative Code article under which over forty thousand Belarusians have been imprisoned since 2020. The project was selected from the No Title open call.
