Malwina Idzik Mango will share her knowledge about the art of cerrada, which is little known in our country. The practice, once used mainly in postpartum, has a number of other beneficial applications.
Cerrada is an ancient bodywork practice aimed at completing the process of becoming oneself in the present moment, passed down through generations in cultures that live closer to nature and the cycles of life and death. It leaves a person in a nourished and relaxed state.
Closing the processes of our WONDERS – Body, Mind, and Spirit, creates space for the new, the fresh, and for what calls us.
The workshop includes a series of body-relaxation practices using rebozo scarves, Polish cotton, and tetra fabric by the meter. Participants will explore wrapping different parts and levels of the body, discovering the simplicity of its needs and the pathways to relaxation.
