Yoga for Seniors
Mature Yoga aims at the improvement of life quality.
Yoga can be easily practiced by anyone at any age. Classes are based on basic yoga poses and focus on precision, safety, and understanding of the asanas performed. As a result, they help you become more aware of your body.
Mature Yoga helps to relieve tension and release physical blockages in the body, and it improves mood and concentration.
The classes are directed at people aged 50+.
Along with practising asanas, we do breathing exercises (pranayama). The class ends with a long relaxation session that allows you to reach a state of deep relaxation and mental and physical calm.
