TO LOVE! THIS IS HOW MALTA BEGINS.

11/05/2026

What will happen when a concert stops being just a concert? On June 21, by Lake Malta, we will open Malta Festival with To Love! –  an open-air event that will feel closer to a performance than a traditional concert.

Imagine well-known love songs. Now imagine them starting to connect, flowing into one another, shifting meaning, building tension. Not as separate pieces, but as fragments of a single story.

This won’t be another greatest hits concert. To Love! is conceived as a three-part experience, moving through different stages of love – from first emotions, through tension and longing, to reflection. The songs will unfold in seamless sequences and medleys, forming one cohesive experience.

On stage, artists representing distinct sensibilities and ways of expressing emotion will come together: Grzegorz Turnau, Ralph Kaminski, Natalia Szroeder, Jakub Józef Orliński, Anna Maria Jopek, Natalia Przybysz, Anita Lipnicka, Zalia and Krzysztof Zalewski.

The musical layer is shaped by Paweł Tomaszewski, Nikola Kołodziejczyk and Adam Sztaba, with Natalia Kukulska overseeing the artistic direction of the project.

An important part of the evening will also be its narrative layer. Between the acts, short performative moments will appear, expanding and echoing what unfolds in the music.

This event will open Malta Festival on the first day of summer: a time when closeness, attentiveness and shared experience come more easily. To Love! is a gesture to begin with – an invitation to be together over the days that follow.

It will begin with songs. After that, everything will happen between people.

Free admission.
