VISIT MALTA AFTER MALTA

PARTICIPATION RULES:

  1. The contest takes place online on the official Malta Festival social media profiles: Instagram and TikTok.
  2. To take part, record a 30–60 second vertical video that shows Malta Festival from your perspective. Show us how you experience the festival – what moves you, surprises you, and inspires you. What matters is authenticity and creativity – we want to see the festival through the eyes of its participants!

    • Format: vertical video
    • Goal: personal perspective, participant-level storytelling
    • Tag: @malta.festival and @visitmaltapoland
    • Use the hashtag: #MaltaPoMalcie

  3. Contest duration: June 21–28, 2026.
  4. The winner will be selected by the Malta Festival jury: Justyna Czarna (Chief Operating Officer Malta Festival), Kornelia Siwik (Social Media Manager Malta Festival), Katarzyna Kamler (VisitMalta Marketing Executive Poland).
  5. Results announcement: June 29, 2026 on Malta Festival’s Instagram and TikTok profiles.
  6. Prizes:

Grand prize: Voucher for a stay for 2 people on the island of Malta:

  • 3 or 4 nights in a 4-star hotel with breakfast
  • Valid until December 14, 2026
  • Flights and airport transfers are NOT included
  • Blackout dates: July and August 2026
  • The hotel will be selected by the Malta Tourism Authority depending on availability
  • After the contest, the winner’s contact details will be shared with the Malta Tourism Authority, which will arrange the travel details directly with the winner

  • Second Prize: at least 2 Wings Crake suitcases
  • Third Prize: at least 1 Wings Crake suitcase

CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS “Visit Malta after Malta!”

  1. Contest organizer: Fundacja Malta, based in Poznań, in cooperation with Visit Malta Poland.
  2. Purpose of the contest: To promote Malta Festival and encourage the audience to creatively document their experience.
  3. Contest duration: June 21–28, 2026. Entries submitted after this date will not be considered.
  4. Participation rules:
    • The contest is open to the public and intended for adults.
    • Participation is free of charge.
    • Participants must have a public account on Instagram or TikTok.
    • Entries must remain public throughout the contest and winner announcement period.
    • Submission implies consent for promotional use by the Organizer and Visit Malta.
    • The participant declares they hold the copyright to the submitted material.
  5. Copyright and personal data:
    • The participant grants the organizer a non-exclusive license to publish the submitted material.
    • Participants’ personal data will be processed solely for contest purposes, in compliance with GDPR.
  6. Winner selection:
    • The winner will be selected by a jury appointed by the organizer.
    • Criteria: creativity, relevance to the theme, artistic quality, and engagement.
    • The jury’s decision is final.
  7. Prizes:
    • The grand prize in the contest is a voucher for a stay in Malta for 2 people. The voucher includes 3 or 4 nights in a 4-star hotel with breakfast and is valid until December 14, 2026, as well as a Wings Crake suitcases set (minimum 3 pieces).
    • The prize does not include flights or airport transfers.
    • There is no option to exchange the prize for a cash equivalent.
    • The voucher is not valid during blackout dates: July and August 2026.
    • The hotel will be selected by the Malta Tourism Authority, based on availability.
    • After the contest ends, the winner’s contact details will be shared with the Malta Tourism Authority, who will arrange the travel details directly with the winner.
    • The Second and Third prizes are Wings Crake suitcases.
  8. Prize Awarding:
    1. The Organizer shall deliver the prizes in kind to the Contest winners within 14 days of the announcement of the Contest results.
    2. Prizes in kind shall be awarded in person, sent by courier or postal service to the address provided by the winner, or delivered by any other method specified by the Organizer.
    3. Winners are required to provide all information necessary for the delivery of the prize within the deadline indicated by the Organizer.
    4. Failure to provide the required information or to collect the prize within the specified period may result in forfeiture of the right to the prize.
    5. Upon receipt of the prize by the winner, the Organizer’s obligation to award the prize shall be deemed fulfilled.
  9. Final provisions:
    • The organizer reserves the right to exclude entries that violate the contest rules.
    • The organizer is not responsible for technical issues beyond its control.
    • Any complaints may be submitted to the organizer’s contact address within 7 days of the winner announcement.
    • The contest is not sponsored, managed, or affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.
