The data controller is the Kulczyk Foundation, based in Warsaw, in cooperation with dFlights sp. z o.o. The data provided in the form (first name, surname, email) will be processed for the purpose of registering participation in the event, sending a ticket and conducting organisational communication related to the event, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

The data may be processed using the Evenea and Landingi tools, which act as data processors on the basis of data processing agreements. The data will be stored for the duration of the event and the fulfilment of related obligations.
