The administrator of the personal data is the Kulczyk Foundation with its seat in Warsaw, in cooperation with dFlights sp. z o.o. The data provided in the form (name, surname, e-mail) will be processed for the purpose of registering participation in the event, sending a ticket and conducting organisational communication related to the event, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) RODO.

Data may be processed using the tools of Evenea and Landingi, which act as processors under data entrustment agreements. The data will be stored for the duration of the event and related obligations.
