The administrator of the personal data is the Kulczyk Foundation based in Warsaw, in cooperation with dFlights sp. z o.o. The data provided in the form (name, surname, e-mail) will be processed in order to register participation in the event, send a ticket and conduct organisational communication related to the event, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) RODO.

Data may be processed using the tools of Evenea and Landingi, which act as processors under data entrustment agreements. The data will be stored for the duration of the event and related obligations.
